Ayurvedic Vegetarian Cooking Classes

Hands-on cooking experience

 

Do you worry about how to make informed food choices according to your body type? Are you a complete beginner when it comes to using spices with foods for their therapeutic properties?
Would you like to understand how to combine foods so they support your body's natural ability to heal itself?

In the medical system of Ayurveda, diet is considered to be a key tool to promote and maintain health. It offers a preventative approach to life that is over 5000 years old.

Come and

  • discover a way of eating that will bring you energy so you get more from your life.
  • learn to save money by using herbs and spices to relieve common issues such as poor digestion, flatulence, acid stomach
  • relax while preparing simple and tasty dishes using quality ingredients (organic, fresh and seasonal).
What this class offers you?
  1. hands-on experience learning how to prepare at least 5 easy vegetarian dishes
  2. a delicious balanced meal made with organic, fresh, seasonal and local products
  3. 3 1/2 hours' teaching time with a group of maximum 7 other people (minimum 5 participants).
  4. written material including an assessment of your body type, the menu, list of ingredients, information on where to buy the ingredients and much more.
