What will happen during my first session?
The initial nutritional consultation/check-up focuses on assessing your current lifestyle, dietary habits and health issues, defining your goals and formulating a personal plan to achieve your desired lifestyle and health changes. Expect to spend at least an hour discussing your health, diet and lifestyle after which you'll have tailored solutions. We recommend at least three follow-up sessions to support your progress and provide further tools and advice.
I only want to have a cooking class. Do I have to have a nutritional coaching session?
Our customised cooking workshops teach you in a practical way how to eat consciously. We strongly recommend these workshops for each client. It's important to know basic skills to be able to prepare delicious, balanced, quick vegetarian dishes for your body type so that you can maintain balance within you. All the participants of these group workshops will have had at least one nutritional coaching session with Janet so that they can derive full benefit from the workshop.
I don't have time to come to a coaching session?
Telephone and/or email follow- up sessions can also be arranged.
